1) Alvin and the Chipmunk: Chipwrecked

2) The publicist for the movie posted the trailer of the movie on YouTube where people could like/ dislike, comment and discuss their views on the trailer and the upcoming movie. This would cause people to create interest excitement with themselves, and to speculate on the trailer and what the narrative is. There also is a official website for the movie called www.munkyourself.com, which is where people could get more information on the movie and play games. The bright yellow and blue conveys happiness and holidays.It opens to loud happy music which the chipmunks are singing and that's what their known for now, to remix well known songs into their squeaky voices. This also happens in the trailer as we get a little preview of them singing and performing 'Bad romance' at the end of the trailer. 'The guardian' also wrote an article on the movie called 'Alvin and the Chipmunk Chipwrecked are cruising towards a bruising,' this article is more for bashing then praising as the author states that "Alvin and the chipmunks movie is setting sail for high jinks on the high seas. Anyone got a lifeboat?" However this bad publicity could create more publicity in a indirect way. The fans of the original Alvin and the chipmunk would be dedicated to the franchise and could even be annoyed at the aritcle for writing that. Or people could even be interested to see how even 'the guardian' could write such an aritcle for a childrens movie which could cause them to go and watch the film. The movie is also written about on various other small websites with reviews and comments from the public.
